Our client based in Croydon, requires two Credit Controllers. Working within a busy fun environment, you will be chasing commercial credit. Duties included dealing with telephone queries regarding customer accounts. Deciding on despatch of held orders due to account problems, processing instruction onto computer. Sending statements each month to each department. Processing of payments books and an encoding machine and posting out of the same.
You will be a car owner, living with 10 miles of Croydon. Have a mature attitude and strong personality. Excellent telephone manner.
